I came into the store a couple of weeks ago and was emailing to let you know how happy I have been with the service I have received each time I have dealt with New Horizons. In terms of customer service each staff member I have encountered has been knowledgeable, polite and friendly, both over the phone and face-to-face in-store.
This has been important to me, particularly as a relatively new diver, and I have always gained helpful advice and have paid very reasonable prices. Staff have, on occasion, gone out of their way to assist me with any problems and I have received excellent after-sales service.
I travel from Manchester to Macclesfield on the train to get to the shop because I would rather purchase new products, and get my equipment serviced, by yourselves because it’s somewhere I know I can trust. I would recommend New Horizons to any diver, both new and experienced.
