PADI Seal Team

The Course

The PADI Seal Team is a fantastic way to get children aged 8 to 11 years involved in Scuba Diving. This programme is designed for youngsters who want to learn the basics of scuba diving safely in a warm pool whilst having lots of fun, playing underwater games and meeting new friends.

Course Outline

When a child enrols on the Seal Team programme they will receive a great training pack which includes a DVD and manual (with log book) so they can start having fun and preparing for their pool sessions straight away. They will complete 5 ‘Aquamissions’ in a pool with one of our instructors, learning new skills and having lots of underwater fun.

Having completed their Seal Team Aquamissions they will become a Seal Team member which will allow them to complete Speciality Aquamissions and work towards becoming a Master Seal team member.

Course Duration & Schedules

The 5 Aquamissions are normally completed over 4 pool sessions which are scheduled on Saturday or Sunday evenings at Macclesfield or Congestion Leisure Centres. Each starts at 16:00 and lasts up to 2.5 hours.

New Horizons aims to be flexible with arranging courses to suit your schedule. If the scheduled dates are not convenient please give us a call to discuss arranging an alternative when we’re in the pool
