Get back in the water and immerse yourself with the magnificent wildlife & scenery off the Welsh coast. Anglesey boasts an array of marine species, from tiny critters to a range of mammals and larger fish species that all call the wrecks and reefs of this part of the UK coast ‘home’. As the sea temperatures rise and season’s change, so will the life you dive with, making Anglesey worthy of repeat visits!
NHDC are returning to this favourite location this August for another chance to explore the fantastic diving opportunities off the Anglesey coast. These include scenic dives with stunning marine life, great wrecks, friendly seals and the odd drift dive.
Visibility is expected to be good in the summer months, and with over 200 wrecks teaming with fish and other marine life, along with great scenic dives, this is a top destination.
The Diving
Diving will take place from a comfortable RIB, skippered by one of the most experienced captains in Wales. You’ll head out on a dive in the morning, return inbetween dives for a 45 minute surface interval before heading out for dive two. You will arrive back at the end of the day and unpack the boat by mid-afternoon.
You’ll be able to dive a range of sites, conditions permitting on the day. The abundance of life, from small and interesting to large and curious, is astounding. With a combination of wrecks and reefs available, there is bound to be something for everyone!
